NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 14 IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANASA)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2012
On 8th September 2021, the Flintshire County Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the confirmed Order is to divert a section of Public Footpath No. 14 in the Community of Llanasa in the County of Flintshire from a point at NGR 31219 38217 in a generally Southerly direction for a total distance of approximately 245 metres to a point at NGR 31214 38193 as indicated by a bold continuous line between points A and B on the Order map to a line running from a point at NGR 31224 38219 in a generally Southerly direction then turning in a South-Westerly direction for a total distance of 309 metres to a point at NGR 31214 38193, as indicated by a bold broken line between points C and B on the Order map. A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge during opening hours at Ffynnongroyw Post Office, Main Road, Ffynnongroyw, CH8 9SN and at reasonable hours at the reception of the council offices at Ty Dewi Sant, Parc Dewi Sant, Ewloe, CH5 3XT. Copies of the confirmed Order and map may be bought at Ty Dewi Sant for a nominal fee. The order came into force on 8th September 2021, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date on which the notice is first published, make an application to the High Court. TEMPORARY TRAFFIC NOTICE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 GARDEN CITY
The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 18 February 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in Farm Road between its junctions with Bridge View and Brookside, Garden City in the County of Flintshire.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate installation of a high voltage electric cable with associated works by Power On Connections.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 07 March 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be closed
for 3 weeks, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 18 February 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the following roads:
1. A548 Westbound Dual Carriageway, between its junctions with Tenth Avenue Roundabout and Kelsterton Interchange;

2. A548 Eastbound Dual Carriageway, between its junctions with Kelsterton Interchange and Tenth Avenue Roundabout.

The reason for the closure is carriageway resurfacing and associated works by Flintshire County Council; Streetscene and Transportation.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 07 March 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The roads will be closed
for two weeks or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME AND NO STOPPING
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th February 2022, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013 so as to introduce:
1. 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions-:

a. On both sides of Linden Avenue in the vicinity of Ysgol Bryn Deva, Connah's Quay

b. On both sides of St David's Drive in the vicinity of property number 1 and 10, Connahs Quay

c. At the junction of Beechwood Avenue with Linden Ave, Connah's Quay

d. At the junction of St David's Drive with Linden Avenue, Connah's Quay

2. No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings. Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

a. On the North Easterly side of Linden Avenue, adjacent to Ysgol Bryn Deva, Connah's Quay.

b. On the North Westerly side of St David's Drive, adjacent to Ysgol Bryn Deva, Connah's Quay.

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.
