I give notice that application is being made by Parry & Jones to Flintshire County Council for planning permission for change in use to form a single dwelling, erection of side terrace and material alterations to external appearance. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at Flintshire County Council, Planning Applications, Environment and Regeneration Reception, Flintshire County Council, Mold, CH7 6NF, during all reasonable hours until 14 days from the date of publication of this notice, and online at https://www.flintshire.gov.uk/. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Flintshire County Council at the address above, within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice.
