ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restrictions Edgar Road, Hanworth Road and Simpson Road, Whitton
(Ref: 22/043)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate delivery of modular units they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a parking suspension in Edgar Road, Hanworth Road and Simpson Road, Whitton.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of road: -
(a) Hanworth Road, both sides, from a point 25 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Simpson to a point 50 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Simpson Road
(b) Simpson Road, from its junction with Hanworth Road to the end of the cul de sac,
(c) Edgar Road, from its junction with Simpson Road, south-westwards for a distance of 10 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 21 February 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress for a period of 4 days i.e. until 24 February 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (LOADING BAYS) (AMENDMENT No. **) ORDER 202* BARNES HIGH STREET, BARNES

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Orders under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effects of the Loading Places Order will be to introduce leading bays as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, plans showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 22/051, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at

Temporary Road Closure Kings Road, East Sheen

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kings Road, East Sheen.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Kings Road, from a point outside No. 44 Kings Road to a point outside No. 47 Kings Road,
3. The order will come into effect on 1 March 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 1 March 2022 until 4 March 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Kings Road, Princes Road, Trehern road, South Worple Way, Alexandra Road, Paynesfield Avenue, A205, and Kings Road, and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate installation of a valve they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Station Road, Hampton.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Station Road from a point outside No. 44 Station Road to a point outside No. 49 Station Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 1 March 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 1 March 2022 until 5 March 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in York Street, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in York Street, from a point outside No. 3 York Street to a point outside No. 19 York Street,
3. The order will come into effect on 19 February 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times on the 19 and 20 February 2022, with backup dates, if required, of 5 and 6 March 2022 The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via London Road and Arragon Road
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Park Road, from a point outside No. 10 Park Road to a point outside No. 16 Park Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 21 February 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 21 February 2022 until 27 February 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Park Road, Queens Road, Marlborough Road and the B322
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Orleans Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Orleans Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Orleans Road between its junctions with Richmond Road and Riverside
3. The order will come into effect on 21 February 2022. The restrictions will remain in force between 09.30 and 15.30 on 21 February 2022 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Richmond Road, Riverside, Lebanon Park, Chapel Road and Montpelier Row.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Vine Road, Barnes
(Ref: 22/039)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate essential Level Crossing maintenance works at Barnes they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a level crossing closure in Vine Road, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Vine Road, Barnes at its level crossing where relevant signs and/or cones are placed.
3. Whilst Vine Road, Richmond is closed, an alternative route for diverted traffic will be Upper Richmond Road, Rocks Lane, Mill Hill Road and Station Road in both directions.
4. The order will come into effect on 19 February 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 01.00 on 19 February 2022 until 04.00 22 February 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles.
