NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Nightrain Entertainment Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 15/02/2022 for a licence to use the premises at Nightrain, 9-19 Queensgate, Bradford BD1 1RB. The proposed variation is to add Performance of Play, Screening of Films, Performance of Dance, Late Night Refreshments both on and off the Premises and the Supply of Alcohol for consumption off the premises. To extend the licensable hours for the following existing licensable activities; Live Music, Recorded Music, Indoor Sporting Events, Supply of Alcohol and Hours Premises are Open to the Public until 04:00 Hours Monday-Sunday. Children aged 14+ allowed access to all events accompanied by an adult. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 16/03/2022. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
