LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Denholme Conservative Club applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 4th February 2022 for a certificate to use the premises at Denholme Conservative Club, Valley Heights, Denholme, BD13 4AT for the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the club/provision of regulated entertainment Between 10am and 12 midnight daily Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, 3rd Floor Argus Chambers, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 5th March 2022. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated: 11th February 2022.
