NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE Variation OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we Bar 1 Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Bar 1, 28-30 front street, consett, dh8 5aq. a variation is sought to:- Extend the current hours for recorded music to 12:00 03.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Also, to remove the condition All drinks shall be decanted into a polycarbonate glass except for wine and/or champagne which is being consumed as part of a pre booked private function. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
