NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER
SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DURHAM
PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO. 128 DURHAM CITY) MODIFICATION ORDER NO. 2 2021 On 11th February 2022 The County Council of Durham confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed modifies the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to it Public Bridleway from a point on Toll House Road and proceeding in a generally south easterly direction to centre of the bridge over the River Browney and public bridleway No.82 as shown on map attached to the order.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be viewed free of charge at Durham Clayport Library during normal opening hours and via the council's website. The order came into force on 11th February 2022 but if any person aggrieved by the orders desires to question their validity or that of any provision contained in them on the ground that they are not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the orders, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is first published.
