Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon.
Road Description
Endeavour Drive SOUTHEAST SIDE:
From a point approximately 18.5 metres southwest of its junction with Access Road, in a south­westerly direction for a distance of approximately 172.14 metres, to where it meets the existing No Waiting at Any Time restrictions.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tiles: TQ705 905 Revision 0 to Revision 1 and TQ710 905 Revision 0 to Revision 1. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Arcadia Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Beach Road a distance of approximately 110m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th March 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2314542 - Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Jacksons Lane, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Britannia Close to its junction with Jacksons Mews a distance of approximately 190m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000011283 - Essex County Council). (Twyford Avenue, Great Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Twyford Avenue, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 190m in a northerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Twyford Avenue, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 190m in a northerly direction.
"The Essex County Council (Chelmsford City) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 21st February 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322597 -Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Uplands Park Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Station Crescent to its junction with Cotswold Avenue a distance of approximately 140m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322156 - Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping'' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.
