No.18) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996. Effect of the order: To Introduce No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring.
Road Description
Kennedy Way
NORTH SIDE:
From a point approximately 48.4 metres south-east of its junction with Valleybridge Road, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 25 metres.
SOUTHWEST SIDE:
i) From its junction with the rear entrance to Kennedy House Health Centre Car Park, in a north-westerly direction for approximately 15 metres.
ii) From its junction with the rear entrance to Kennedy House Health Centre Car Park, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 7 metres.

BOTH SIDES:
From its junction with Kennedy Way, southwest for approximately 3 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TM180 162 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 3 March 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
