Notice Of Making of An Order Highways Act 1980 Public Path Diversion Order 2022 Footpaths 3 & 8 Tendring
The above order, made on 2 February 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, as shown on the order maps will divert:
Footpath 3 Tendring
A part length of Footpath 3 Tendring of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the order map commencing from the point where it connects to Wolves Hall Lane running between farm buildings then across a field in a south south westerly direction for a distance of 536 metres to the point in the field where it connects to Footpath 8 Tendring then continuing across the field in a south south westerly direction for a final distance of 198 metres to a point at the field edge by the corner of a wooded area, to an alternative route 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken line on the order map commencing from a point where it meets Wolves Hall Lane 350 metres west of the aforementioned start point running in a south westerly direction along a field edge on the western side of the field boundary for a distance of 260 metres to a point at the field boundary over a newly installed ditch crossing then continues across a grassed area along the field edge on the eastern side of the field boundary for a further distance of 250 metres to the point where it connects to the diverted route of Footpath 8 Tendring. The path then continues along the field edge for a final distance of 170 metres to the aforementioned endpoint where it continues unaffected.
Footpath 8 Tending
i) A part length of Footpath 8 Tendring of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the order map commencing from the point where it leaves the field edge running across a field and through a wooded area for a total distance of 312 metres to a point at the field edge, to an alternative route 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken line on the order map commencing from the aforementioned start point running in an east north easterly direction along the field edge for a total distance of 215 metres to the aforementioned connection point to the diverted route of Footpath 3 via a new ditch crossing.
ii) A further section of Footpath 8 Tendring commencing from the point where it connects to Lodge Lane running in a north easterly direction between farm buildings then in a generally south easterly direction along a field edge and through a wooded area for a total distance of 620 metres to a point at the field edge by a wooded area, to an alternative route 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken line on the order map commencing from the aforementioned start point running in a south easterly direction along a track for a total distance of 302 metres to the point where the track connects to the field edge where it continues unaffected. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Robert Lee, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 17 March 2022 Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.20) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring.

SOUTH SIDE:
From the centreline of its junction with B1029 Frating Road, in an eastwardly direction for a distance of approximately 82.2 metres.

SOUTHEAST SIDE:
From the centreline of its junction with Harwich Road, in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 28 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TM085 245 revision 0 to revision 1.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Artillery Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Victor Road to its junction with New Park Street a distance of approximately 30m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01459858572 - Anglian Water). (Cage Lane, Boxted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cage Lane, Boxted in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 150m south east of its junction with Dedham Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCQTL75H002 - Openreach). (Colchester Road/Chelmsford Road & Brentwood Road, Holland on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Chelmsford Road, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a south westerly direction.
3. To temporarily close that length of Brentwood Road, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a south westerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001131922/25 & 27 - Cadent). (Colchester Road, St. Osyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, St. Osyth in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 60m north of the junction with Clacton Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (ZY0065111275 -E S Pipelines Ltd). (Connaught Avenue, Frinton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Connaught Avenue, Frinton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Frinton Road to its junction with Pole Barn Lane a distance of approximately 60m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th March 2022 for 2 nights (23:59 - 08:10), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701TWN-69-44-190322 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Grange Road, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Vine Road to its junction with Priory Road a distance of approximately 2050m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320337 - Essex County Council). (Ipswich Road, Holland on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ipswich Road, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Brentwood Road to its junction with Frinton Road a distance of approximately 230m. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
