Following on from the fire in December last year that destroyed the Community Centre and the subsequent termination of the licence to occupy the Centre by the Tendring District Council the Trustees of the Association have considered that it is now impractical and viable to continue the operation of the Charity under these circumstances and are giving notice that they are taking steps to wind up the Association in accordance with Charity Commission regulations and guidance. The area covered by the Association is the former Bockings Elm and Rush Green ward areas of Clacton-on-Sea.
Any inhabitant of these areas who wishes to make any representation to the Trustees should do so in writing to the Coppins Hall Trustees c/o 12,Crown Road, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 1AT by the 11 March 2022.
