The application is to vary hours for Live Music & Recorded Music (indoors), Late Night Refreshment (indoors) & Sale of Alcohol (on & off sales) Sun-Thurs 11am to 23.30, & Friday & Saturday from 11am 1.30am with opening hours Sun-Thurs 11am 00.00 & Friday & Saturday from 11am 2.00am. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 9th March 2022 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
