To retain the ground floor retail unit, conversion of first and second floors to 3 residential units for Brook Housing Association, together with alterations to external elevations and roof MAJ Major Development LB Affecting setting of Listed Building DEP Departure from Development Plan EIA Environmental Impact Assessment Submitted CA Affecting a Conservation Area RW Affecting a Public Right of Way A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
