Tomahawk Steakhouses (Newcastle) Limited have applied for a new premises licence at Tomahawk Steakhouses (former Picanha), 27 Newgate Street, Chester CH1 1DE. The licensable activities will be recorded music Sun-Thurs 10:00-00:30, Fri-Sat 10:00-01:30, the provision of late night refreshment Sun-Thurs 23:00-
00:30, Fri-Sat 23:00-01:30 and the supply of alcohol Sun-Thurs 10:00-00:00, Fri-Sat 10:00-00:30.
The finish time is to be extended by one hour on the day preceding a Bank Holiday. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire CH65 0BE Or www. cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk by 9 March 2022. The application may be inspected at Cheshire West and Chester Council during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
