Licensing act 2003 -application to vary Licence
Mr M Aailampalam has applied to vary the premises licence at 183-185 Seabank Road, New Brighton CH45 1HB for alcohol sales (off sales) 7am to 11.30pm daily, and late night refreshment to 11.30pm daily. The application can be viewed at Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton St, Wallasey Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Any person may make written representations to Licensing Authority by 8/3/22. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction fa making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale
