Notice is hereby given by Pembro­keshire Gelato Ltd (t/as Pointz Castle Ice Cream) that on the 9 February 2022 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises Pointz Castle, Pen y Cwm, Haverfordwest SA62 6BA to allow the Sale by Retail of Alcohol (0900-l900hrs Monday-Sunday & to 0000hrs for specific events), Late Night Refreshment & Regulated Entertainment (live/recorded music) 2300-0000hrs for specific events only The application can be inspected duri ng normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA6l ITP by prior arrangement or on the council's website at

. Representations must be received by 9 March 2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
