Notice is hereby given by Off the Hook, 2, Marine Road, Broad Haven, SA62 3JR that on February 4th 2022 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises License.
The application is in respect of the premises Off the Hook and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1 TP by prior arrangements. The application relates to the supply of alcohol. Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 4th March 2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
