Premises Licence Application

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING APPLICATION LICENSING ACT 2003
An application has been made by Dough & Co to Horsham District Council as the local Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for 13 Piries Place, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1EH The application seeks the following:
1. Sale and supply of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises -Monday to Sunday: 12:00hrs till 23:00hrs

2. Premises open to the public - Monday to Sunday: 12:00hrs till 23:00hrs

Interested parties or responsible authorities can
make representations at any time between the
11 February 2022 and the 11 March 2022.
All representations must be in writing (including
email or fax) addressed to the Alcohol Licensing
Department at Horsham District Council.
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or
knowingly make a false statement in connection
with a licensing application. The maximum fine
on conviction is £5000.00.
