MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Botley District Centre, Land at West Way, Westminster Way, Chapel Way and Church Way, West Way, Botley, Oxford, Oxfordshire, Oxford OX2 9LG

Take notice that application is being made by: Doric Properties Limited

For planning permission to: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of mixed use development including supermarket, other retail, financial and professional services, restaurants and cafes, offices, hotel, student accommodation, thirty three no. apartments, replacement vicarage, library and place of worship (Baptist Church), health centre, cinema, gymnasium, covered parking, access, public square and landscaping. Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon-On-Thames OX14 3JE. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within twenty one days of the date of this notice.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
