LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Hertsmere Boiough Councl for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Outfit), Unit 4, Borehamwood Shopping Park, Theobald Street, Borehamwood WD6 4PR to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Hertsmere Borough Councl, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1WA or by email: licensing.services@hertsmere.gov.uk by no later than than March 2022 specifying the grounds of opposition. Records of the application may be inspected by appointment only and are kept by the licensing officer at the address above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false staternent in connection with an appication. To do so could result in prosecution and a fine which is currently unlimited.
