LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th February 2022 Ei Group Ltd applied to Southampton City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Fox and Hounds, 106 Pound Street, Southampton SOI 8 6BP. The proposed licensable activities are: -1. Films, indoor sporting events, recorded music and anything of a similar description 0700 to 0030 Mondays to Sundays. 2. Live music 0700 to 2300 Mondays to Sundays. 3. Sale of alcohol 0700 to 0000 Mondays to Sundays. Please note - This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence. Any representation by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:-Southampton City Council Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA no later than 7th March 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Southampton City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council offices above by prior appointment
