LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd February 2022 Ei Group Ltd applied to Southampton City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises South Western Arms, 38-40 Adelaide Road, St Denys, Southampton SO17 2HW. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. Films and indoor sporting

events 1000 to 0000 Sundays to Thursdays and 1000 to 0100 Fridays and

Saturdays. 2. Live music 1000 to 2300 Mondays to Thursdays and 1000 to 2330 Fridays and Saturdays and 1000 to 2200 on Sundays. 3. Recorded music, anything of a similar description and sale of alcohol 1000 to 0000 Mondays to Sundays. 4. Late night refreshment 2300 to 0030 Mondays to Thursdays and 2300 to 0130 Fridays and Saturdays and 2300 to 0000 on Sundays. Please note - This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Southampton City Council, Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA no later than 2nd March 2022 stating the grounds for representations.
