NOTICE OF PUBLIC INQUIRY Tuesday 08 March 2022 and Wednesday 09 March 2022 starting at 10:00am Appeals by Mr Peter Danson and Mr Oliver Smith relating to various Enforcement Notices issued by Lake District National Park Authority regarding The Samling Hotel, Ambleside Road, Windermere, Cumbria, LA23 1LR. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry to decide the appeals. The Inquiry will be held virtually.
