Application fof Bailiff Certificate William Norton

Notice is hereby given

That William Norton of Direct Commercial Collections Ltd, Damer House, Meadoway, Wickford, Essex SS12 9HA, has applied to the Judge at Southend County Court for a Bailiff Certificate. Any person who knows of any reason why William Norton is not a fit and proper person to be granted a Certificate, should write to the Court Manager, Southend County Court, Tylers Avenue, Southend SS12AW before 20 January 2014.
