ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') has on 2 February 2022 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended ("the Act") which when they come into operation on 14 February 2022 will make permanent the following changes:

BRIGHTON & HOVE (MADEIRA DRIVE) (ONE-WAY) ORDER 2022 (TRO-10A-2020)
- One Way eastbound for motor vehicles from the Aquarium Roundabout to Duke's Mound

BRIGHTON & HOVE SEAFRONT (VARIOUS RESTRICTIONS) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.2 2022 (TRO-10B-2020)
- Changes to parking bays and waiting restrictions between Aquarium Roundabout and Duke's Mound

BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.4 2022 (TRO-10C-2020)
- Two-way Cycle Lane on the south side - from just east of the Aquarium Roundabout to Duke's Mound

The changes described above were originally the subject of an experimental traffic order that was advertised on 1st April 2021: Brighton & Hove (Madeira Drive) (One Way and Various Restrictions) Experimental Order 2021 (TRO-10-2021)
A copy of this Notice, the Orders as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders may be seen online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/current-tros.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of any of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
