LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Blonde Brothers Limited has applied to Wiltshire Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as The Tithe Barn, Great Bathampton Farm, Wylye, Warminster BA12 0QD. The application is for the grant of a licence to allow the supply of alcohol by way of delivery only from the premises, which will not be open to customers. The permitted hours will be from 08:00 to 18:00 hours Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge BA14 8JN (or publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire. gov.uk) no later than 2nd March 2022.
