1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The general effect of the Prescribed Routes Order will be to introduce a banned right turn for vehicular traffic from Lytton Road into West Hill and a banned right turn for vehicular traffic from Lytton Grove into Putney Hill.

3. The general effects of the waiting and Loading restriction order is to introduce lengths of double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in lengths of Lytton Grove, and at the junctions of Lytton Grove with:-
Arlesey Close, Chepstow Close, Rusholme Road, Holmbush Road and Tintern Close.

4. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six months from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/ TM01799) within 21 days of the date of this notice.
