Take Notice that application is being made by:
Mr Stuart Pudwell on behalf of Severn Rivers Trust, Unit 3, Hope House Barn, Hope House Lane, Martley, Worcestershire, WR6 6QF For Planning Permission To: install an easement, consisting of low-cost baffles on the weir on the River Stour.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Wyre Forest District Council: Finepoint Way, Wyre Forest House, Kidderminster DY11 7WF
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
Statement of owner's rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owner's rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of Agricultural tenant's rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenant's security of tenure.
