Notice is hereby given that CELERITAS SOLUTIONS LIMITED has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the GRANT of a Premises Licence for UNIT 10 HEMINGWAY CENTRE, THORNBURY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, BRUNEL WAY, THORNBURY, BS35 3UR.

For the Supply of alcohol online (off sales) during the following days/times-Monday 9am - 6pm Tuesday 9am - 6pm Wednesday 9am - 6pm Thursday 9am - 6pm Friday 9am - 6pm

Hours premises are open to the public: NONE

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN.

Any representations must be made by 4th MARCH 2022 after which date, no objections will be considered.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four licensing objectives.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE OF UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (UNLIMITED) UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
