(Englands Lane & Clays Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Englands Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 225m south the southwest of its junction with Debden Lane for a distance of approximately 270m in a southwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Clays Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from both of its junctions with Englands Lane for a distance of approximately 75m in a southwesterly and northwesterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 14th March 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001115732 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Pyrles Lane, Hillyfields, Rectory Lane, Goldings Hill, Lower Road, (with access only to Clays Lane, Englands Lane) and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hobbs Cross Road, Matching) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 290m northwest of its junction with New Way Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCQL094G01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Hobbs Cross Road, Foster Street, Harlow Common, London Road, A414, Hastingwood Roundabout, Canes Lane, Hastingwood Road, Greenman Road, Wind Hill, Harlow Road, Mill Lane, Church Road, Workers Road, Threshers Bush and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(King Street, High Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of King Street, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 255m northwest of both its junctions with Rookery Road for a distance of approximately 475m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00809MARWC6H4G7K - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead repair works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via King Street, Rookery Road, Chelmsford Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Norwood End, Fyfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Norwood End, Fyfield in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1075m west then northwest of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 140m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC8HN83F - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.
The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph
Speed Limit), (Sewardstone Road/Crooked Mile, Epping) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) (No.1) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight limit in that length of Sewardstone Road/Crooked Mile, Waltham Abbey from the junction with Sewardstone Roundabout to the junction with Crooked Mile Roundabout as detailed in the 'Epping Forest District (Sewardstone Road, Farm Hill Road, Honey Lane and Broomstick Hall Road, Waltham Abbey) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2002' only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 17th February 2022, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Church Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Church Hill for a distance of approximately 370m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st February 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC7NGD9Z01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting and pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach. Alternative routes are available via
1. Church Lane, Traps Hill, High Road, Church Hill and vice versa.
2. (access to Carroll Hill) The Uplands, Carroll Hill and vice versa.

(Connaught Avenue, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Connaught Avenue, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Forest View Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-LGHTNV8011-FAL1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Forest View Road, Connaught Hill and vice versa.

(Manor Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 35m southwest of its junction with Wellington Hill for a distance of approximately 40m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2022 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU277HIGHBEECH - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground maintenance works are undertaken by Thames Water
An alternative route is available via Wellington Hill, Pynest Green Lane, Avey Lane, Manor Road and vice versa.

(Silver Lane, Willingale) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Silver Lane, Willingale in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Walls Green for a distance of approximately 165m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st February 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC9GP90B01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead structure works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.1) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
