Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of Great Berry Lane, Great Berry Farm Chase, Little Berry Lane in the Borough of Basildon:
Road Description
Great Berry Lane
WEST SIDE: From its junction with the western extended kerbline of Great Berry Farm Chase, north for a distance of approximately 5.9 metres.
SOUTH SIDE: From its junction with the eastern extended kerbline of Great Berry Farm Chase, east for a distance of approximately 4.2 metres.
NORTH SIDE: From a point in line with boundary of No.196 Great Berry Lane, east for a distance of approximately 12.8 metres.
Great Berry Farm Chase
WEST SIDE: From its junction with the centre line of Great Berry Lane, south for a distance of approximately 4 metres (line length of approximately 8.3 metres along the kerbline)
EAST SIDE: From its junction with Great Berry Lane, south for a distance of approximately 1.6 metres.
Little Berry Lane
NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 16.2 metres east from its junction with the eastern extended kerbline of Rosecroft Close, east for a distance of approximately 12.2 metres.
SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 16.2 metres east from its junction with the eastern extended kerbline of Rosecroft Close, east for a distance of approximately 10.7 metres.
EAST SIDE: From its junction with the southern kerbline of Little Berry Lane to the northern kerbline of Little Berry Lane, a distance of approximately 6.8 metres (in the vicinity of property no.11 and no.4).
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tiles TQ670 877 Revision 0 to 1.

(Robert Way, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Robert Way, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Heron Avenue for a distance of approximately 55m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001106375 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Russell Gardens, Robert Way and vice versa.

(Stambridge Road, Stambridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stambridge Road, Stambridge in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 35m south west of its junction Ash Tree Court for a distance of approximately 100m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th February 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003316 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lining scheme works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Stambridge Road, Weir Pond Road, East Street, South Street, Bradley Way, West Street, Ashingdon Road, Rectory Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(St Michaels Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of St Michaels Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from both of its junctions with Bramble Road to its junction with Arterial Road a distance of approximately 710m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of St Michaels Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from both of its junctions with Bramble Road to its junction with Arterial Road a distance of approximately 71 Om.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 28th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317303 - Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Canewdon Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ashingdon Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD044SEW-11635-1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Coxes Farm Road, Great Burstead in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 10m northeast of its junction with A129 - Southend Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD00259827385 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while maintenance works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of The Fremnells, Fryems in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Cattawade Link to its junction with Beeleigh West a distance of approximately 150m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322044 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Alternative routes are available via

(High Road, Fobbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Road, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from a point 65m southwest of its junction with Five Bells Roundabout South for a distance of approximately 95m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 st February 2022 for 4 nights (19:30-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL738TLL0-30-36-210222 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while camera systems replacement works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Street, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Foksville Road to its junction with Venables Close a distance of approximately 70m (Eastbound only). The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2022 tor 1 night (20:30-23:30), or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M27700 - Essex And Suffolk Water). (Lea Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Lea Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 75m south east of its junction with New Park Road tor a distance of approximately 40m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th March 2022 tor 11 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M44446 - Essex And Suffolk Water). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Oak Walk, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hamilton Gardens for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30094719599 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.1) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road tor the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 3rd February 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
