(Hoe Mill Bridge, The Causeway, Ulting and Woodham Walter, Maldon) (Width Restriction) Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order, under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (4), 3(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") (as amended) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act.
Effect of the Older: To Implement: A 2.0 Metre Width Restriction on the following lengths of road, in the District of Maldon.
Road Description
Hoe Mill Bridge,The Causeway
From a point approximately 10 metres southeast of Hoe Mill Bridge, to a point approximately 10 metres north of Hoe Mill Bridge, a distance of approximately 33.6 metres in a north-westerly direction.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 11 February 2022.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Various Roads (Regatta Way Development), Maldon) (20mph Zone) Order 2022 (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On
-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.2) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49, 53,84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To formalise the existing 20MPH Zone on the following roads in the Town of Maldon in the District of Maldon:

Road Description
Regatta Way From a point approximately 8 metres south east of its junction with Park Drive, for its entire remaining length.
Reminder Close From its junction with Regatta Way, tor its entire length.
Thalatta Close From its junction with Regatta Way, for its entire length.
Repertor Drive From its junction with Regatta Way, for its entire length.
Glenway Close From its junction with Regatta Way, for its entire length.

2. To formalise the existing No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the following length of Park Drive and Regatta Way in the Town of Maldon in the District of Maldon:

Road Description
Park Drive SOUTH SIDE:
i. From the eastern kerb line of Regatta Way, north east for approximately 55 metres.
ii. From the western kerb line of Regatta Way, south west for approximately 24.9 metres.
Regatta Way BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Park Drive, south east tor approximately 22.7 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile number TL855 057 revision 0.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 17 February 2022.

(The Drive, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Drive, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Foxfield Chase to its junction with Drake Avenue a distance of approximately 140m. The closure is scheduled
to commence on 28th February 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2319809A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via The Drive, Steeple Road, Nipsells Chase, Wembley Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Maldon Road, Great Totham & Broad Street Green Road, Great Totham/Heybridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Maldon Road, Great Totham and Broad Street Green Road, Great Totham/Heybridge in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Captains Wood Road tor a distance approximately 2630m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2319400 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Colchester Road, Goldhanger Road, Maldon Road, Little Totham Road, Church Street, South Street, North Street, Kelvedon Road, Oxley Hill, D'arcy Road, Factory Hill, Church Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Maypole Road/Captains Wood Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Maypole Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Holloway Road to its junction with Prince of Wales Road a distance approximately 3495m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Captains Wood Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Maypole Road for a distance of approximately 385m in a north easterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 10th March 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2319399 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety Df the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Kelvedon Road, Prince of Wales Road, Maldon Road, Broad Street Green Road, Colchester Road, Goldhanger Road, The Street, Heybridge Street Roundabout, The Causeway, Fullbridge Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Pond Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Langford Road Roundabout, Langford Road, Holloway Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.1) Order 2022
Notice is
hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 17th February 2022 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates ofeach phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Barons Lane, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barons Lane, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 425m south west of its junction with Fambridge Road for a distance of approximately 640m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS275964-2 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Barons Lane, Chelmsford Road, Burnham Road, Oak Comer, Southend Road, Maldon Road, Wycke Hill, Limebrook Roundabout, Limebrook Way, Fambridge Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ferry Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ferry Road, Bumham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Creeksea Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 st February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA3778Y01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Ferry Road, Creeksea Lane, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 3rd February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Road, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Wantz Road to its junction with Park Drive a distance of approximately 290m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2022 tor 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30049580585 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Wantz Road, High Street, Mill Road or Park Drive, Mundon Road, Wantz Road.
The Order came into effect on 3rd February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
