Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Tetbury Lane (Part), Crudwell; from its junction with the A429 to its junction with The Dawneys to enable Wessex Water to carry out interim to permanent reinstatement. Alternative route via A429 - C29 - Tetbury Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 February 2022 and the closure will be required for 2 days. B) C27 Easton Town Road (Part), Sherston; from its junction with C68 to its junction with Pinkney Wood to enable Openreach to carry out pole test and associated works. Alternative route via Pinkney Wood - C68 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. C) A338 (Part), Grafton; from its junction with West Grafton Lane to outside property known as The Old Railway Station to enable Openreach to provide a safe zone to access carriage and associated works. Alternative route via A338 (unaffected length) - A4 - A346 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, MALMESBURY) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER 2022 (PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED AS 2020)

Notice is hereby given that on 2 February 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Carnival Close, Devereux Mews, Gilmore Road, Hodges Drive, Jenner Lane, Snell Avenue and Wheeler Way - the complete lengths. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
