Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons hawing a claim against or an Interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Stocks Hall Care Home, 6 Elderflower Road, St Helens, Meiseyside WA10 6AP formerly of 27 Humber Crescent, St Helens, Meiseyside, WA9 4HD, who died on 11/11/2021, are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 11/04/2022, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
