Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Trans Pennine Trail & Lymmhay Ln. Lymm (Prohibition of Driving & Footpath Closure) Temporary Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be as follows: Prohibition of Driving: Lymmhay Ln from its jct. with Brooklyn Dr for a distance of approx. 60m in a northerly direction; Footpath Closure: Trans Pennine Trail from Whitbarrow Rd to Reddish Cres. The Order will be effective from 21st February 2022 for 16 weeks. The works will be carried out in phases as follows: Phase 1: Trans Pennine Trail footpath from Whitbarrow Rd to Lymmhay Ln; Phase 2: Trans Pennine Trail footpath from Lymmhay Ln to Reddish Cres; Phase 3: Lymmhay Ln carriageway. Works are weather dependent so the restrictions will be in place as & when signed on site. The alternative routes are: Phase 1 via Whitbarrow Rd, Dane Bank Rd, Lymmhay Ln & vice versa; Phase 2 via Lymmhay Ln, Dane Bank Rd East, New Rd, Rushgreen Rd, Reddish Cres & vice versa; Phase 3 not applicable, access to be maintained where required. The restrictions are required for footway/ cycleway improvement scheme. Ref: High/2300



Notice is hereby given that the Council made Orders under Section 14of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Belmont Cres (Prohibition of Driving. Clearway & Footpath Closure) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is as follows: Prohibition of Driving & Clearway: Belmont Cres from the gable end of No. 19 Belmont Cres to the gable end of No. 11 Belmont Cres; Footpath Closure: PROW No. 8 from its boundary/jct. with Belmont Cres (adjacent to no. 32 Belmont Cres) for a distance of approx. 60m in an easterly direction. The Order will be effective from 21st February 2022 for 14 weeks as follows: Belmont Cres between 9:30am & 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; PROW No. 8 24 hours for the duration. The restrictions will be in place when signed on site. Residential access will be maintained for the duration. The alternative route for PROW No. 8 will be signed on site & be via the unnamed footpath through the Whittle Brook Linear Park where it joins onto Whitehall Ln. then via Station Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required for highway improvement works. Ref: High/2282

Burtonwood Rd & Lockheed Rd (Prohibition of Driving. Clearway & Suspension) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is as follows: Prohibition of Driving & Clearway: Burtonwood Rd from the roundabout at M62 Jct. 8 to Tan House Ln; Lockheed Rd from Burtonwood Rd for 50m. Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads in Burtonwood & Winwick) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit) Consolidation Order 2018 in so far as it relates to Schedule 2 - 7.5T Weight Limit as follows: Entire lengths of road: Clay Ln; Chapel Ln; Fir Tree Ln; Alder Ln; Hollins Ln. The Order will be effective from 21st February 2022 for 6 weeks between 10pm & 5am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Burtonwood Rd, Charon Way, Europa Blvd, Westbrook Cres, Cromwell Ave, A49 Winwick Rd, A49 Newton Rd, Hollins Ln, Alder Ln, Fir Tree Ln, Clay Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway resurfacing. Ref: High/2280



Fisher Ave & Statham Ave (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Fisher Ave from its jct. with Statham Ave for a distance of approx. 20m in a southerly direction; Statham Ave from its jct. with Morgan Ave to the roundabout at Howson Rd/Northway. The Order will be effective from 14th February 2022 for 2 weeks between 9:30am & 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, when signed on site. The alternative routes will be: Statham Ave via Statham Ave, Poplars Ave, Howson Rd & vice versa; Fisher Ave via Fisher Ave Clough Ave, Northway & vice versa. The restrictions are required for highway improvement works. Ref: High/2274



Orchard St & School Brow (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving as follows: Orchard St from its jct. with Victoria St to its jct. with School Brow; School Brow from its jct. with Crossley St to its jct. with Brick St. The Order will be effective from 21st February 2022 for 1 week, when signed on site. The alternative route for Orchard St will be via Church St, Manchester Rd, School Brow & vice versa. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to carry out water connection work. Ref: High/2295



Parkgate Rd. Stockton Heath (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Parkgate Rd (northbound) from its jct. with Grappenhall Rd to its jct. with Alexandra Rd. The Order will be effective from 14th February 2022 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Grappenhall Rd, Victoria Rd & Alexandra Rd. The closure is required to allow Cadent Gas to carry out gas main replacement work. Ref: High/2294



Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. DATED: 10th February 2022.
