Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application to Wigan Council. A new premises licence application has been made by Kai Binder for the premises known as Dough, situated at 45 Market Street, Hindley, Wigan, WN2 3AE. The application seeks to Supply alcohol on the premises between 12:00 to 22:59 hrs, Monday to Sunday. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 1/3/2022. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
