CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 1982 KNIFE DEALER'S LICENCE

East Ayrshire Council, as Licensing Authority, has received an application under Section 27A of the above Act for grant of a Knife Dealer's Licence in respect of the premises detailed below:-

Premises 88 Main Street, Muirkirk KA18 3RD

OBJECTIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS in relation to this application may be made to the undernoted address and must be received within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.

They must also:-

(a) be in writing



(b) specify the grounds of objection or nature of the representation



(c) specify the name and address of the person making them; and



(d) be signed by that person or on his/her behalf



A Licensing Authority may entertain a late objection/representation eceived by them before a final decision is taken upon an application, if they are satisfied that there is sufficient reason why it was not made in the time required.
