Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Buck Inn, Chestnut Avenue, Thornton Dale, Pickering, YOI8 7RW for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the premises licence by changing the layout of the external drinking area (Beer Garden) as shown on the submitted plans. The changes include the installation of a mobile bar within the licensed area. The position of the mobile bar shown in the plan is indicative and could be positioned anywhere within the licensable area. Additionally, the following conditions are to be added in relation to the operation of the mobile bar: 1.) The mobile bar will close at 22:00 hours daily. 2.) The mobile bar will be supervised at all times it is in use. 3.)
