Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Leslie Phillips late of 4 Blyth Close, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 2TE who died on the 22 September 2013 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before 3 March 2014 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute assets having only regard to valid claims then notified.
