Change of use & conversion of warehouse into 6no. residential flats. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building. Application No. 45/22/00001: Dobbies Barn, Splatt Lane, Spaxton, Bridgwater TA5 1DB. Conversion of outbuilding to form second bedroom. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No. 53/22/00003: 7 Gelosia Close, Westonzoyland, Bridgwater TA7 0HA. Erection of a single storey extension to the side (West) & rear (South) elevations. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 09/22/00003: Bower Farm, Bower Lane, Bridgwater TA6 4TY. Application to Vary Planning Obligation (Section 106 Agreement) dated 30th April 2020 relating to Planning Application 09/17/00031 to remove provisions relating to viability. This proposal is a major development.
