PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is given that Mrs Susan Hollings has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Moor Farm, Knights in the Bottom, Chickerell, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 4EA for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 12:00 to 23:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 22:30 hours Sunday.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
