LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that We, Loungers Ltd. Have applied to West Oxfordshire District Council To use the premises situated at Como Lounge, 34 Market Square, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 6BB For the on sale of alcohol from 10.00 until 23.00 hrs Sunday to Wednesday and 10.00 hrs until midnight Thursday to Saturday. Late night refreshment 23.00 hrs until Midnight on Thursday to Saturday, all as per the application. Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of the objection by 16th January 2014. Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives, prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm.
