Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

Use of land for a temporary period of three years for a backlot in association with Sky Studios Elstree, including set construction, filming, holding areas, feeding areas, parking areas, security areas and associated works. Reason: Major Development & Departure from The Local Plan.
21/2451/FUL/WC: Churchill House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2HP. The erection of a two storey roof extension, providing 23 residential units, along with associated works. Reason: Major Development.
22/0083/FUL/LG: 4 St Marys Terrace, High Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3HA. Partial change of use of the existing shop (Al) to residential use (C3). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area & Green Belt.
22/0004/FUL/MSA: Land At Home Farm, Aldenham Road, Elstree, WD6 3AZ. Use of land for events in excess of 28 days from 1st April to 31st October, retention of wood stage, and changes to access off Aldenham Avenue. Reason: Major Application in the Green Belt.
22/01067FUL/LG: The Manor Hotel, Edgwarebury Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3RE. Retention of single story building comprising lounge restaurant with use of hotel parking area. Reason: Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
