(The Plain, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Plain, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 135m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th March 2022 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA140WP3C00P02/3 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while multiway ducting works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. No diversion route available.
The Order will come into effect on 10th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Red Rose Lane, Blackmore) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Red Rose Lane, Blackmore in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Chelmsford Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30044126182-UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead and underground cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Fingrith Hall Lane, Chelmsford Road Straightening, Ongar Road, Ongar Road West, Highwood Road Roundabout, Greenbury Way, Highwood Road, The Causeway, Loves Green, Blackmore Road, Chelmsford Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rochford Avenue, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rochford Avenue, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Larsen Drive for a distance of approximately 50m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005919 - Crown Tree Services). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree maintenance works are undertaken by Crown Tree Services.
An alternative route is available via Roundhills, Honey Lane, Farm Hill Road, Rochford Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Weald Bridge Road, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Weald Bridge Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 890m northeast of its junction with vicarage Lane for a distance of approximately 250m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2022 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCRK9T4G01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground structure works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Weald Bridge Road, Talbot Roundabout, Canes Lane Diversion, Vicarage Lane, Canes Lane Roundabout, Rayley Lane, Canes Lane, Hastingwood Road, Greenman Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th February 2022 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Woodbury Hill, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Woodbury Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Kings Hill tor a distance of approximately 75m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU308000806053730110001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Woodbury Hill, York Hill, Kings Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10th February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Alderton Hall Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Alderton Hall Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Alderton Rise to its junction with Alderton Hill a distance of approximately 65m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC7NGD3S - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Alderton Hill, Borders Lane, Deepdene Road, Bushflelds, Alderton Hall Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 27th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Brook Road, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Brook Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Sunnyside Road to its junction with Crossing Road a distance of approximately 132m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 tor 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2323967 - Essex County Council). (Church Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 440m southwest of its junction with Mott Street tor a distance of approximately 70m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 tor 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU308000810376340090 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Knighton Lane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Queens Road to its junction with The Drummonds a distance of approximately 217m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 tor 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001105537 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Millfield, High Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Millfield, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 45m northwest of its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 35m in a northwesterly direction.
