Hackney Carriage Fares
In accordance with Section 65 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, the Basildon Borough Council hereby give notice of variation of the maximum fares and charges in respect of hackney carriages to come into effect from 08 March 2022. The revision to the Table of Fares is as follows: -

A copy of this notice is available for public inspection at The Basildon Centre, St. Martin's Square, Basildon any week day between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Any person wishing to object to this variation shall, within fourteen days, from the date of publication of this notice, write to the Head of Environmental Health, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St. Martins Square, Basildon, Essex SS141DL, giving reasons for their objections.
