Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that SCA Investments Limited t/a Gousto has applied in respect of Unit 2, Mountpark Warrington II, Fairchild Road, Omega South, Warrington WA5 3TZ for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 00.00-23.59. Representations to this application must be made in writing by East Annexe, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH and, where applicable, at www.warrington.gov.uk to the Licensing Team, by 17/02/2022 where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
