The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning applications which are located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Tyldesley Town Centre A/21/92868/FULL144 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester M29 8FJ. Replacement of existing timber sash window with new double glazed timber sash window. A/21/92870/FULL120 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester M29 8FJ. Replacement of existing UPVC upper floor windows with timber sash and casement windows. A/21/92872/FULL126-128 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester M29 8FJ. Replacement of existing upper floor UPVC windows with timber sash and casement windows.
The planning applications have been made to Wlgan Council for the above proposals, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
