Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

We Robinson Wine Merchants & Shippers Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Cheshire West and Chester Council on the 28/01/2022 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Robinson Wine Merchants and Shippers, Unit 3 Wash Lane Farm, Middlewich Road, Allostock WA16 9JP from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the premises, by way of internet sales from 10:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Licensing, 4 Civic Way Civic Way, CH65 0BE or online at

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 25/02/2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine 26/01/2022
