Premises Licence Application

LICENCING ACT 2003 Rosemullion Distillery do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Cornwall Council for a new Premises Licence at: Penperry, Old Church Road, Mawnan Smith, Falmouth TR11 5HU and known as Rosemullion Distillery Ltd, The application is: to authorise the following licensable activities - the supply through on-line business. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing officer, Cornwall Council, Camborne One Stop Shop, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX not later than 23rd February. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.Cornwall.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
