Planning Proposals at High Street, Runcorn

Anwyl Partnerships invites you to comment on our proposals at High Street, Runcorn. The proposal is for 66, 1 and 2 bedroom independent living apartments, providing homes for those aged 55 and over. It is designed to facilitate an independent lifestyle in a safe environment that can also accommodate a range of care needs should residents require it. The tenure of the apartments will be affordable and prioritised for local people in need.We look forward to hearing the views of the local community and will consider the feedback received ahead of any formal planning application being submitted to the Council. Upon submission of a planning application, the Council will of course have to re-consult the local community again as part of the formal planning process.
